Starting June 1, 2023, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) relocated regional bus transportation services from the O’Hare Bus Shuttle Center to the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) at 10255 W. Zemke Blvd.
All passengers being picked up by Reindeer Shuttle (and other scheduled regional buses) from O’Hare need to ride the Airport Transit System (also denoted as Airport Transit or ATS) from all terminals to the MMF. This includes passengers arriving at Terminal 5, as pick ups will no longer be allowed at door 5E of Terminal 5.
The following map details transportation routes and parking. Please note the location of the 
Airport Transit Systems (ATS) at each Terminal.

After de-boarding your flight, please follow the signs for Airport Transit. Ride the ATS to the MMF.
When you have reached the MMF, take the escalator or elevator to the ground level, then follow the signs for “Shuttles”. Reindeer Shuttle will be in Bay 5, 6 or 7 (exit from Door 3).
Please note that Reindeer Shuttle will only be allowed a 15 minute window of time for boarding at the MMF; passengers must be on time or take the next available shuttle.
All drop-offs will be directed to Terminal 5.
